A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a thorough evaluation of your child’s strengths, challenges, and current skill levels. Observations, interviews, and assessments create a clear understanding to design a personalized and effective treatment plan.

Using the assessment, the BCBA develops a tailored plan with measurable goals for communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior management. The plan evolves as your child progresses, ensuring therapy remains relevant and effective.

Trained Behavior Technicians provide structured one-on-one therapy using evidence-based methods. Sessions take place in school or group settings.  This approach promotes skill generalization, active engagement, and practical application across different environments for meaningful progress.

Therapists track progress through continuous data collection during each session. The BCBA reviews results regularly to evaluate the plan’s effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure steady, meaningful progress for your child.

Parents and caregivers actively participate through training and guidance. They learn strategies to support learning at home and in the community, reinforcing skills consistently across environments and strengthening collaboration between family and therapy team.

As children master skills, therapy gradually focuses on maintaining and generalizing abilities in daily life. Intensity may decrease while promoting independence, preparing your child for school, community activities, and future settings with confidence and success.
